780 Series - Dover

The Dover is the most compact model in the Sundance Spas 780 Series — a 2–3 person hot tub designed for couples who want genuine Sundance Spas hydrotherapy without needing the space or budget for a larger spa. If you've got a small patio, a deck, or a tight corner in the garden, the Dover is built to fit.

What makes the Dover stand out against other small hot tubs is that it doesn't compromise on the features that matter. It competes feature-for-feature with larger spas in the range — the same jet technology, the same water care system, the same build quality. You're getting a smaller shell, not a lesser spa.

The Accu-Ssage therapy seat is the standout position. It delivers a deeply targeted massage to the back and shoulders using precisely placed jets that focus on the areas where most people carry tension. For a 2–3 person spa to include a dedicated therapeutic seat — not just a standard seat with a few jets — is unusual at this size. It's a genuine hydrotherapy experience, not a scaled-down version of one.

The side-by-side seating lets two people sit next to each other comfortably. Combined with the moulded drink holders, it creates a sociable, relaxed setting — perfect for an evening wind-down or a weekend morning together. It's a small detail, but the drink holders are moulded into the shell rather than clipped on, so they look and feel like part of the design.

Five jet types are placed strategically across every seat — SMT Fluidix, SMT Micro Adjustable, Accu-Pressure, Vortex and Mini Vortex. The SMT Micro Adjustable jets let you fine-tune the direction and intensity of the massage from each individual jet. The SMT Fluidix jets are bearingless with no moving parts — maintenance-free and consistent over time.

The compact, low-profile shell is one of the Dover's key advantages. At just 78 cm high, it's the lowest profile in the 780 Series. That makes getting in and out easier — especially appreciated in the evenings — and the lower height means it sits discreetly into your garden, blending with fencing and landscaping rather than standing above it.

The illuminated AquaSheer variable waterfall adds a visual and audible element — a smooth, sheet-like flow of water with integrated lighting. Combined with the multicolour SunGlow LED lighting in the footwell, it creates a genuinely atmospheric setting for evening use.

Water care is handled by the two-stage MicroClean filtration system with a 20-inch Slipstream skimmer, paired with ClearRay Active Oxygen UV-C technology. This keeps the water clean and clear with less chemical use — the same proven water care system used across the entire Sundance Spas range.

A practical advantage of the Dover is the flexible electrical requirement. It can run on either a 20 Amp or 32 Amp supply, which gives you options depending on your existing electrical setup. For a compact spa, the 20 Amp option means you may not need any electrical upgrade at all — worth checking with your electrician before installation.

Power comes from a single TheraMax 2.0 continuous hp (2-speed, 3.0 bhp) jet pump. The BLUEWAVE spa stereo adds Bluetooth audio, FM radio, JBL speakers. Stainless steel jet trim is also available as a factory-installed option for a more polished interior look.

Shell colours include Platinum, Porcelain, Monaco, Celestite and Midnight. Cabinet options are Modern Hardwood, Brushed Grey and Vintage Oak.
