680 Series - Alicia

The Alicia is the most compact model in the Sundance Spas 680 Series — a 2–3 person hot tub that runs on a standard 16 Amp household supply. That makes it the easiest Sundance Spas model to install. No electrician, no dedicated circuit, no waiting. Plug it in and you're ready to go.

At 175 cm × 203 cm × 84 cm with 795 litres of water, the Alicia is designed for smaller spaces — a patio, a balcony, a conservatory, or a tight corner of the garden. At just 84 cm high, it's the lowest-profile model in the 680 Series, sitting discreetly into its surroundings. It's also suitable for indoor use, which opens up options that larger spas can't offer.

Three seating positions with three massage options give you variety despite the compact size. The jets include SLR Rotational, SL Directional and SL3R Rotational types — rotational jets for a broader, sweeping massage and directional jets that let you aim the water flow precisely where you need it. An air control lets you customise the massage intensity, adding air to the water flow for a softer, more bubbly feel or reducing it for a firmer, more focused jet stream.

The standout feature that separates the Alicia from every other model in the 680 Series is the factory-installed SmartTub module. SmartTub is Sundance Spas' connected spa technology — it lets you monitor and control your hot tub from your phone. You can check the water temperature, adjust settings, receive maintenance reminders and get alerts if anything needs attention, all from the SmartTub app. For a compact, entry-level spa to include smart connectivity as standard is unusual. It's a feature you'd normally associate with the higher series, and it makes day-to-day ownership noticeably more convenient.

Filtration is handled by a 75 sq. ft. MicroClean Mini filter cartridge system — the largest filter area of any model in the 680 Series. That's a significant detail. Despite being the smallest spa in the range, the Alicia has more filtration capacity than the Prado (50 sq. ft.), the Edison (50 sq. ft.) and the McKinley (two 45 sq. ft. = 90 sq. ft. total, though the McKinley's dual setup is still more effective for heavy group use). For a 2–3 person spa with 795 litres of water, 75 sq. ft. of filtration is generous — it means the water stays cleaner for longer between maintenance sessions.

ClearRay UV-C water purification works alongside the filter, treating the water using UV-C light to neutralise waterborne pathogens without adding chemicals or by-products. Less chemical use, cleaner water, less maintenance — the same proven system used across the entire Sundance Spas range.

The variable flow waterfall adds a visual and audible element — adjustable from a gentle trickle to a fuller flow. Combined with the multicolour LED lighting and stainless steel jet trim (both standard), the Alicia looks and feels more premium than its compact size might suggest.

The 2-speed 2.0 hp continuous pump provides the power. On low speed, it circulates water quietly for filtration and heating. On high speed, it drives the jets for your massage session. The single-pump, 16 Amp setup keeps running costs low — an important consideration for customers who are conscious of energy bills.

Shell colours include Platinum, Porcelain, Monaco, Celestite and Midnight. Cabinet options are Slate and Graphite.
