The Prado is a 4-person hot tub from the Sundance Spas 680 Series — and it's one of the most practical spas in the entire Sundance Spas range.
At 203 cm × 203 cm × 84 cm with 1,340 litres of water, the Prado is a mid-size spa that seats four adults comfortably. It's a good fit for couples who occasionally have guests, or for smaller families. The 87 cm height keeps the profile lower than the larger 680 models (which sit at 92 cm), making it a discreet addition to a patio, deck or small garden.
What makes the Prado's seating layout distinctive is the pivot bench seat — a feature unique to the 680 Series. The bench seat includes targeted back relief jets and is designed so you can shift position easily, moving around the spa without having to stand up and reseat yourself. It's a practical touch that encourages conversation and makes the spa feel more sociable, even with just two or three people in it.
Five jet types are placed across the seating — SL3 Directional, SLR Rotational, SL Directional, SL3R Rotational and SL5R Rotational. The broad-coverage back jets are designed to work across large muscle groups rather than pinpointing a single spot. If you carry tension across your shoulders and upper back (rather than in one specific area), this approach is particularly effective. The directional jets let you aim the water flow where you need it, while the rotational jets provide a wider, sweeping massage pattern.
The textured footwell is another detail that sets the Prado apart. It's designed for tactile therapy — the textured surface stimulates the soles of your feet while you soak. The asymmetric foot dome adds a reflexology-style element, providing pressure to the arch of the foot for full-body relief. It's a small feature, but once you've experienced it, you notice when it's missing in other spas.
Filtration is handled by a 75 sq. ft. filter paired with ClearRay UV-C water purification. The ClearRay system treats the water using UV-C light, neutralising waterborne pathogens without adding chemicals or by-products. It means less chemical use overall and cleaner, fresher water between maintenance sessions.
The heater is a stainless steel/Incalloy 825 unit — a corrosion-resistant material that's built to last in the demanding environment inside a hot tub. It's a detail that speaks to the build quality you get even at the 680 Series level.
Stainless steel jet trim comes as standard. The footwell multicolour LED lighting adds atmosphere for evening use.
Shell colours include Platinum, Porcelain, Monaco, Celestite and Midnight. Cabinet options are Slate and Graphite.
