WhatSwimSpa? Best Buy Award 2025 winner. A compact swim spa with dual 3" turbo swim jets, 14 hydrotherapy jets, SPATECH MP30 controls with WiFi app, and 6-stage Platinum Lock insulation. Fitness, relaxation, and family fun in a smaller footprint. 32 Amp.
The Equinox EQ440 Fun Swim won the WhatSwimSpa? Best Buy Award 2025, and it's a brilliant option if you want a proper swim spa without needing the footprint of the larger EQ600.
At 4430 x 2350mm, it's over a metre and a half shorter than the EQ600 — but it doesn't compromise on specification. You still get dual 3" turbo swim jets producing a smooth, adjustable current for swimming, resistance training, and low-impact exercise. The current is wide enough to swim comfortably without feeling hemmed in.
The 14 stainless steel hydrotherapy jets in the massage seating area deliver targeted relief to the back, shoulders, and legs — powered by a WCT50 circulation pump for consistent water flow. It's a genuine hydrotherapy experience, not just a token add-on.
The SPATECH MP30 LCD control panel with WiFi app control lets you manage temperature, jets, and lighting from your phone. Customisable RGB LED lighting sets the mood for evening use, and the 6-stage Platinum Lock insulation system keeps heat in and running costs sensible.
The EQ440 is the sweet spot in the Equinox swim spa range — award-winning performance in a more manageable size, at a price that's hard to argue with. Come and see us at our Solihull showroom and we'll talk you through the options.
At 4430 x 2350 x 1290mm, the EQ440 Fun Swim is the more compact of the two Equinox swim spas — but it shares the same depth, width, and jet specification as the EQ600. The swim zone features dual 3" turbo jets creating a smooth, adjustable current for swimming and fitness. The hydrotherapy zone at the opposite end has contoured massage seating with 14 stainless steel jets. The shorter length means a slightly shorter swim lane, but it's still a genuine swim spa — not a hot tub with a current bolted on. A great choice for medium-sized gardens where the EQ600 wouldn't quite fit.
