Aqua Life Hydro 4.0

Aqua Life Hydro 4.0 — High-Performance Compact Swim Spa

The Aqua Life Hydro 4.0 is a compact swim spa designed for resistance swimming, hydrotherapy recovery and year-round fitness. It combines patented turbo swim technology, a generous 44-jet hydrotherapy system and premium smart features in a footprint that suits smaller gardens — making it a practical choice for homeowners who want serious swim performance without needing a large installation space.

Why Choose the Aqua Life Hydro 4.0?

At just under 4 metres long, the Hydro 4.0 is the most compact model in the Aqua Life Hydro range. But don't let the size mislead you — it packs a genuinely powerful swim system and one of the highest hydrotherapy jet counts you'll find at this size.

Four patented 3″ Power Flow swim jets with honeycomb-style engineering create a broad, even current for a natural body position and smoother resistance swimming. Whether you're warming up gently, building endurance at a steady pace or pushing into a more intense session, the current is adjustable to suit your level. It's an on/off swim system rather than inverter, so you get a strong, consistent flow that's straightforward to use.

The extended continuous swim area gives you a spacious lane for endurance training, technique work and comfortable family use — more room than you'd expect from a swim spa of this size.

44 hydrotherapy massage jets are positioned throughout the seating areas, providing targeted relief across key muscle groups. After a swim, you can ease into the massage seats for post-workout recovery, tension relief or simply to relax. It's the kind of versatility that makes a swim spa a genuine year-round investment rather than a seasonal feature.

Everything is managed through the SPATECH TP10 full-colour touchscreen — a clear, responsive panel for quick control of swim jets, hydrotherapy, lighting and temperature. WiFi and app connectivity means you can adjust key settings from your phone, so your swim spa is ready before you step outside. Integrated transducer speakers and a high-power subwoofer deliver rich Bluetooth audio for workouts and downtime. Dream Time RGB lighting lets you customise the atmosphere for evening swims and relaxation sessions.

5-stage Platinum Lock full-foam insulation helps reduce heat loss and supports efficient year-round operation in UK conditions. Running on a single 32 Amp supply, it's a practical electrical setup for most homes. An exercise handrail is included for extra stability during aerobic training or for less experienced swimmers, and optional accessories such as a swim pole and exercise bands let you tailor your workout further.

We deliver, install and commission every Riptide swim spa ourselves, and our aftercare team is here to help with servicing, maintenance and water care advice whenever you need it. If you'd like to know more about the Aqua Life Hydro 4.0 in person, you're welcome to visit our Solihull showroom — happy to talk you through it.
